Our beautiful 2,400 square feet studio is located in a private commercial location in Groveland, Florida and it's Central Florida's largest boudoir studio. Groveland is an Orlando suburb about 35-45 minutes from most Orlando areas, and about 90 minutes from Tampa.

The space is setup for boudoir photography (and a little pin-up) but the furniture can be easily moved, leaving the larger storefront space open, perfect for other professionals including massage therapists, reiki healers, and brow or lash technicians,. The main shooting area is large enough for a yoga class with up to 15 people and there is plenty of parking right in front of the location.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

• All the boudoir sets including two completely different bed sets, a shower set, a vanity set, and our signature vintage couch.

• Photography Paper Backdrops

• Retro Sets

• Lighting including three strobes and two constant lights. (Please note that you MUST know how to use a strobe in order to use those.)

WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED

• Access to our studio wardrobe, props, and the use of our personal kitchen, and office space are NOT included nor available to the general public.

• There is an additional $50 fee for the use of the tub with water.

YOUR INVESTMENT

• Studio rental is $100 per hour with a 4-hour minimum required. Your setup and cleanup time MUST be included with your rental time.

• Weekday rentals: 50% is required to secure a date and the balance is due 2 weeks prior the rental.

• Weekend rentals: full payment is required at the time of the booking.

• ALL payments are non refundable.
